South Edwardsburgh Recreation Association Snowfest & Chili Cook-Off

The South Edwardsburgh Recreation Association (SERA), is excited to announce the return of the SERA Snowfest & Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 11:00am-4:00pm at the Johnstown Community Centre.
We are calling on all Champion Cooks! Get ready to spice up the town and warm some hearts! We want you to bring the heat!

Here’s how to join the sizzling fun:

1. Register you & your chili, by January 19th, over at our website: https://southedrecassociation.wordpress.com/chili…/

2. Fire up those pots and pans.

3. Whip up your secret chili concoction – whether it’s sweet, savory, or tear-inducing, we want to taste it all!

4. Bring your A-game to the event with your piping-hot creation in tow. You will also need to bring a medium/large crock pot of chili to share, a list of ingredients, a mild/medium/hot scale, a ladle & an extension cord.

But wait, there’s more! Our distinguished panel of taste-testers (your friendly neighbors) will crown the Chili Champion!

Let the chili battles begin! Spread the word! Let’s turn up the heat and make this community event the spiciest one yet!
