After five years in Cardinal, the South Grenville Rangers hockey club is preparing to move to a new home.
Staff members have announced that both the junior and senior Rangers teams will be competing out of Prescott’s Alaine Chartrand Arena during the 2023-24 season.
“You can expect plenty of fast paced hockey action this season, with home games being played Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout,” the announcement reads.
The season will begin with some exhibition games at the new arena on September 16th and 17th.
Staff members are thanking the Township of Edwardsburgh-Cardinal for hosting the team at the Ingredion Centre for the last five years, and say more announcements are on the way over the coming weeks.
