WDMH 75th anniversary celebration moved to February

Residents are being invited to a night of free skating to celebrate the 75th birthday of Winchester District Memorial Hospital.

The facility celebrated its 75th anniversary late last year, and plans were made to host an event commemorating the occasion in December, but it was postponed because of ice maintenance.

“We are so grateful to our community for your generous gifts over so many years,” WDMH Foundation Managing Director Kristen Casselman says. “We hope you and your family can join us for the party.”

The celebration is now scheduled for February 10th from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

Skates and helmets will be provided at the Sam Ault Arena for people who don’t have them, and parents are being reminded that all children need to be accompanied by an adult.
