Here’s what’s happening in Prescott:
A free Family Fun Day is taking place in Smiths Falls on Saturday.
It’s scheduled to be held at Montague Public School from 9 a.m. to noon.
Organizers say activities will include a petting zoo, live music, and games.

The Spencerville Legion is hosting its last wings and music night of the season on Friday.
Serving of the wings is scheduled for 5 p.m. with live music to follow.
You can eat in or take out.

Wellington House in Prescott is putting together a Spring yard sale and barbecue for June 1.
Funds raised will go towards a palliative quilt and donations are being accepted.
You can drop them off at Wellington House after May 15.

The Cardinal Boat Launch on Legion Way is scheduled to open on May 15.
All users of the boat launch need to register annually by filling out an online form that can be found on the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal website.
Non-residents will be charged an annual fee of $25.
