$160,000 from the Town of Prescott’s budget will be going towards three road construction projects.
At Monday night’s meeting, town council approved the three repaving projects proposed by Director of Operations Nathan Richard.
The initiative will see workers finish some repaving on Churchill Road that began late last year and expand the north lane of Prescott Centre Drive while adding a concrete curb.
A stretch of Dibble Street near the Edward Street intersection will also be rehabilitated.
With these projects approved, $65,000 is left in the town’s repaving budget for smaller projects, like fixing potholes throughout the community.
