You can get tested for COVID-19 in Prescott tomorrow.
The pop-up drive-through testing in town will be done at the Prescott Public Works Garage, at the corner of Sophia Street and Industrial Road, from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit says this is to help increase access to testing for the community and to reduce the pressure on the nearby COVID-19 Assessment Centres. Testing will be done by community paramedics from the Leeds Grenville Paramedic Service.
People are asked to enter off of Industrial and bring a mask, health card, and driver’s license. It will be first come, first served, according to the health unit.
