A young South Dundas couple is facing charges after assaulting each other. Just before 10:00pm last Thursday, police officers were called to investigate a couple arguing in a vehicle on Plaza Drive in Iroquois. The argument had escalated to the point where the man and woman had assaulted each other.
Police stopped the vehicle and arrested the couple. A 24-year-old man and 21-year-old woman are charged with spousal assault and causing a disturbance. They were released and scheduled to appear in court next month.
