Town Hall Terror begins this Saturday in Prescott

A new Halloween event in Prescott kicks off this Saturday.

Town Hall Terror is happening every Saturday night in town this month. The event has a section of the second floor in Prescott’s town hall redecorated for the scary event. One of the organizers Laura Heisler says it is designed for people to walk through and people may get scared real quick.

“We do try to tone it down for kids that are like six to eight or so, but we really love to focus on the teenagers and the older people. It’s the fear factor.”

Heisler says they’ve seen around 1,800 people go through their events in previous years.

Heisler says this is the seventh year they have organized a Halloween event but first time in Prescott. She says a portion of the proceeds will be going back to the town. Heisler says they are also accepting food bank donations.

The event is wheelchair accessible, according to Heisler. Tickets are available at the door and admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children.

Town Hall Terror runs from seven to 10 each Saturday night at 360 Dibble Street West.
