This week the former Grenville Christian College is in the spotlight again, as past students claim decades of psychological, physical and sexual abuse. Some reports say that cult practices took place at the school.
The private boarding school operated in Brockville from 1973 to 2007. The institution boasted academic excellence and an affiliation with the Anglican Church of Canada.
An OPP investigation into two headmasters, also Anglican priests, was launched in 2007. Following a lengthy investigation, no charges were laid. The expose is airing Saturday on CTV’s W5.
