Voter Information Letters Have Been Sent Out

Make sure you receive a Voter Information Letter before the Municipal Election in Prescott.

The letters were mailed and some residents started receiving them last week. The letter has a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that will be needed to vote. The PIN will allow you to vote electronically starting October 15th or cast a paper ballot on October 22nd. If you do not receive a letter, you can contact the Clerk’s Office to make sure you’re on the Voters’ List. You can contact the Clerk’s Office by calling 613-925-2812 extension 6225 or extension 6209. You can also stop by the office in Town Hall at 360 Dibble Street West.  If a PIN can’t be found, proof of identification is required to be issued a new one.

Advanced voting begins October 15th at 10 in the morning and runs until October 22nd.  To learn more about electronic voting, visit Prescott’s Youtube page here.
