Brockville Police are asking the public if they have any recordings to help in a death investigation.
The police say they are continuing to investigate Damian Sobieraj’s cause of death. They say he died in the St. Lawrence River late Thursday night. Police add investigators have identified and interviewed everyone that was in Hardy Park between 10 and 11:30 that evening.
Brockville Police say they are working closely with the Coroner’s office, Centre of Forensic Sciences, and other community agencies. Detectives are now asking people and businesses that were in or are near Hardy Park and the surrounding area that night between 10 and 11:30 if they have any cell phone video or surveillance video. The surrounding area includes Henry Street, Home Street and Water Street.
