Chloe Severson is the 2017-2018 Spencerville Fair Ambassador and leaves for Toronto tomorrow night.
She will be competing for the title of Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) Ambassador of the Fairs. The competition will have 90 other fair ambassadors from across Ontario vying for the title. Severson says she’s feeling pretty confident going into the competition.
Severson adds the experience of being the Ambassador for the Spencerville Fair has been a really incredible experience for her. She explains the role has helped with communication skills in preparation for the CNE.
Only one Spencerville Ambassador has held the CNE Ambassador of the Fairs title, which was in 1994. The winner of this competition will be announced on Sunday.
The Spencerville Fair Royalty Show is on September seventh and there are currently three ladies signed up to compete in the Ambassador competition.
