The Friends of the Prescott Library are organizing part three of a presentation on the St. Lawrence River. This time around the event focuses on Rails across the river. The presentation focuses on how the Prescott/Ogdensburg rail car ferry service transferred rail cars across the St. Lawrence River for more than a century. You can catch the event on Tuesday, October 18th at St. Andrew’s Church at 7:00pm. Admission is free.
