Two incumbent councillors and four new faces will join Gauri Shankar on council during his first term as Prescott’s Mayor.
That’s according to the unofficial results from Monday night’s municipal election.
Incumbents Leanne Burton and Lee McConnel will be joined by newcomers Mary Campbell, Justin Kirkby, Ruth Lockett and Tracey Young.
Shankar, who is currently serving on Prescott’s council, ran unopposed for Mayor. You can read more about Shankar’s priorities as Mayor here.
The next term of council begins on November 15th, and will last until November 14th 2026.
