A memorial service being held next month will honour patients who have passed away at Kemptville District Hospital over the last year.
This is the 24th year that the service is being held as a collaboration between KDH, the KDHA Pastoral Care Committee, and Beth Donovan Hospice and it will take place on Thursday, May 14 at the North Grenville Community Church, located next door to KDH.
Attendees are asked to RSVP by Thursday, May 7 and they are asked to bring a framed photo of their loved one, which will be returned to their owners after the service.
Chair of the KDHA Pastoral Care Committee Samer Kandalaft tells Moose FM that the service is interdenominational and all are welcome.
“This service offers families a time of remembrance and a message of hope and encouragement. We remind the families that they are not alone in their grief.”
The service will begin at 2 p.m. at the North Grenville Community Church.
