Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes MPP Steve Clark says he’s proud to have world-class cardiac care and research happening in eastern Ontario.
His comment comes after Clarke as well as staff from Kemptville District Hospital visited the University of Ottawa Heart Institute last week.
Clark says on Facebook that they took part in a comprehensive tour.
He says it was a valuable opportunity to see firsthand the remarkable work taking place, from the operating rooms to the research laboratories, to advance cardiac care and life-saving treatment.
Clark is also thanking the physicians, nurses, researchers, and staff for their dedication and for the exceptional care they provide each day to patients, including those from Leeds and Grenville.
