An Oxford Mills woman is already celebrating the festive season after winning $1 million.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says Francine Lebrun matched all seven Encore numbers in exact order in the Oct. 17 Lotto Max draw.
The winning ticket was purchased at Jonsson’s Your Independent Grocer on Highway 43 in Kemptville.
