The 2018-2019 Fort Town Concert Association Line-Up is Up

The Fort Town Concert Association’s 2018-2019 line-up has been released.

Nean-Michel Dube and RoseMarie Duval-Laplante will be performing piano pieces for two and four hands. All the pieces will be connected to Quebec composer Andre Mathieu. David Dias da Silva and Olivier Hebert-Bouchard will perform a concert they’re calling Portraits and Fantasias. Dias da Silva will play clarinet while Herbert-Bouchard joins him on piano.

The third concert will celebrate Armenian music and is called Hidden Treasures. Nune Melik will share the music of her people with the audience through violin while Michel-Alexandre Broekaert accompanies her on piano. Finally the Fort Town Concert Association are presenting La belle Helene, an opera about the goddess Venus promising Paris the love of Helen. The FTCA say the cast is made up of the some of the country’s best young opera talent.
