Upcoming presentation highlights the story of the lost villages

It’s your chance to learn about the history of our region.

Historian and author Jim Brownell is hosting a tour through the lands of the lost villages discussion at the Cardinal branch of the Edwardsburgh Cardinal Public Library on Wednesday night.

The villages were the communities that were displaced by the St. Lawrence Seaway Project.

Brownell’s presentation includes images of the villages and places that were featured in a book he recently published.

The evening begins at 6 p.m. and all are welcome.
