Prescott seeking proposals for development of Prince Street Fields

Prescott is calling for developers to submit their proposals on the future of the Prince Street Fields.

Council voted in November to declare the lands, identified for a mixed residential dwelling development, as surplus.

Officials say the site offers excellent connectivity to schools, recreation facilities, downtown amenities, and major transportation routes, making it ideal for a well-integrated, mixed-dwelling community.

They say they are seeking proposals that align with Prescott’s vision for a diverse, attainable, and well-designed housing mix that complements the surrounding neighbourhood and supports community growth.

The deadline for submissions is 12 p.m. on Feb. 23 and more information can be found on the town’s website.
