Some parts of the Seymour Recreation Complex now ready for use

You can start enjoying some parts of the new Seymour Recreation Complex in Prescott.

The pickleball and tennis courts, as well as the walking track, are now open.

It comes as the new sports fields and court surfaces are starting to take shape in the area around the Alaine Chartrand Community Centre.

Officials say that they are looking forward to seeing residents out enjoying Prescott’s recreation spaces and they will provide further updates as more areas become ready for use.

You’re asked to allow the new grass to grow by staying off it until spring.

A grand opening for the first phase of the complex is planned for then.
