Man recovering from crashing van in Prescott

A  67- year-old man is recovering after crashing his van in Prescott Wednesday morning. It happened just before 10:30am. OPP Constable Sue Runciman says the man claims a medical condition caused him to black out and lose control of the vehicle before hitting a guardrail on Edward Street North at Wood Street. Witness Annie Folks says this is known as a dangerous intersection.

No other vehicles were involved in the collision, and no one else was hurt.
