One of eastern Ontario’s largest indoor garage sale continues to make an impact for the Kemptville District Hospital.
The Kemptville District Hospital Auxiliary says Hey Day, held earlier this month, raised over $55,000 for the hospital.
They say it brought in more than $50,000 and the 50/50 raffle raised an additional $4,750.
This was the 65th anniversary of the event, which is a long-standing tradition in Kemptville dating back to June of 1961.
All proceeds from the event, run entirely by volunteers and supported through community donations, go directly to KDH.
