Southeast Public Health says some of its services will be temporarily ramped down to give staff time to integrate into new teams.
Starting Oct. 27, SEPH officials say sexual health clinic hours in Kemptville will be reduced along with others being paused in locations including Perth and Carleton Place.
They say they are currently working to integrate staff members from across legacy agencies into region-wide teams to ensure that all southeast residents receive equitable and consistent services across the coverage area.
Sexual health services continue to be offered at SEPH offices across the southeast region.
However, if you are affected by the service reductions and you require urgent sexual health services, you should reach out to your primary care provider or a local walk-in or virtual care clinic.
