Brockville Police are doing their part in helping a local man get back to full health.
Back in May 2008, Ken Gottfried was in downtown Brockville where he was involved in an altercation that left him with significant brain damage and paralysis.
Ken has recently been attending the Queens School of Physical Therapy in Kingston in an effort to over come his paralysis.
To aid in the struggles that Ken has been going through, the Brockville Police Service has gathered $1000 to donate to Ken, who has been making major steps forward in his bid for recovery.
Brockville Police wish him nothing but the best in the future.
