The Leeds County OPP has concluded a lengthy investigation after four people came forward claiming they had been victims of sexual assault between 1995 and 2006. As a result of the investigation, 56-year-old Timothy O’Neill from Perth has been arrested and charged with 13 sexually related offences including assault, exploitation, interference, and touching. O’Neill is now set to appear in court on November 4th. Police are asking anyone who may have come in contact or who has information to contact the Leeds County Crime Unit.
