A 12-year-old boy is in hot water after violating release conditions. Brockville Police Service was called by the boy’s mother after she says he was high and causing problems in the home. Back in August, he was charged with assault and was released on the condition that he not use drugs unless they were medically prescribed. The boy was also told to behave and abide by a curfew. Police arrested the boy and charged him with breaching conditions. He was released back to his Mom and told it was this was his last chance.
