Two young men are facing theft charges after stealing from the LCBO on Parkedale Avenue in Brockville. On Thursday, an off-duty police officer spotted a 17-year-old and 20-year-old hiding alcohol on them while in the LCBO. Both were arrested over the incident and now have a future court date.
