Plans for this year’s Cardinal Labourfest are in place for residents and visitors. The events run from Friday, September 2nd to Monday, September 5th. There will be a dance on the Friday at the legion with plenty of events on Saturday. One of the organizing volunteers Scott O’Brien says you can get involved in a returning event on Sunday.
Sunday evening there’s a special barbecue event according to O’Brien.
That night there will be fireworks. On Labour Day there are more events happening. You can see the schedule by going to the Cardinal Community Festival Facebook Group.
