Santa Claus is coming to town in just a few weeks.
The Prescott Fire Department is preparing for its annual “Light up the Night” Christmas parade.
Staff say the parade will begin outside South Grenville District High School and move south along Edward Street, before turning onto King Street West and eventually ending on St. Lawrence Street.
This year marks the 70th anniversary of the event in Prescott. It’s set to begin at 7:00 PM on November 17th.
People bringing floats are being urged to come to the high school an hour early to prepare.
