Town of Prescott staff members say you’ll need to plan an alternate route for your Friday morning commute this week.
The Edward Street CN Rail overpass will be closing on October 6th for some jacking operations. Two similar closures for jacking operations happened over the summer.
While the work is being done, the overpass will be closed to all traffic. Staff members say signs will be set up indicating a detour route for motorists once work begins.
The closure starts at 7:00 AM on Friday and is set to last until 5:00 PM. Staff members say you can call the Town at 613-925-2812 if you have any questions or concerns.
