Female ATV enthusiasts are being invited to help raise money for a local charity this weekend.
The Johnstown ATV Club is holding a Women’s Ride at the Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre in North Grenville on Saturday.
All the proceeds from the ride are going towards Beacon Bags, a South Grenville charity that supports women and girls that have escaped human trafficking by giving them essential items like clothing.
Tickets to take part cost $40 for a rider, and the event is only open to women. Girls ages 16 and younger can also ride along with an adult as a passenger for $10.
You’ll need to register on the club website by 8:00 PM on Wednesday in order to take part in the event.
Check-in starts at 9:00 AM Saturday.
