If you’re planning any visits to South Dundas this month, be careful where you park.
The municipality has announced plans to do street sweeping throughout the month of May, on days when the weather allows it.
The street sweeping equipment could damage your vehicle if it’s too close, so the municipality is asking you to avoid parking at the side of the road.
Residents are also being asked to make sure any other obstructions, like lawn ornaments, are kept off the road so they don’t get damaged.
Beyond that, if you see the equipment while you’re in the area, the municipality says you should drive carefully, to make sure the streets are cleared as quickly and easily as possible.
