The new north parking lot at the Brockville General Hospital will be opened on Monday, September third.
A total of 465 spots will be in the new lot. The public will have access to the new parking lot through a temporary entrance along the emergency entrance, off of Ormond Street. Patients being dropped off can still use the traffic circle at the main entrance.
Speed limit signs for 20 kilometres an hour have been posted and speed bumps have been installed on the property. Security staff is also available to help visitors.
A new patient tower will be built in the old staff and visitor parking lots on the east side of the building. To see updated information on the construction click here.
