You can have a say in Prescott’s development charges by-law.
There will be a public meeting held in the third floor board room of Town Hall, on 360 Dibble Street West, tomorrow night. The meeting will begin at 6:30 in the evening. Kimberley Casselman is the Director of Administration/Clerk for the Town of Prescott and says the town’s development charges by-law expired at the end of 2017 and it is a standard by-law that every municipality has to have. The by-law has been updated by a consultant and he will be at the public meeting. The consultant will have a power point presentation. Anyone is welcome to attend and comment on it before it goes back to Council..
