Some local talent will be represented as this year’s volleyball championships.

The Upper Canada District School Board’s Upper Canada Cup Intermediate Volleyball Championships are taking place this week. The girls’ face off tomorrow and teams from Thousand Islands Secondary School and Seaway District High School will be competing to bring top honours to Southern Grenville.
The first serve will be at 9:00am at Tagwi Secondary School and the finals are expected to start at 1:30pm.
The boys’ teams will meet at Tagwi on Thursday and South Grenville will be represented by Brockville Collegiate Institute.
