The Town of Prescott is looking to hire a realtor.
On their website the town has posted a request for real estate services. According to the proposal package the town is trying to actively market town-owned real-estate, including land that has not yet been developed or zoned, and are seeking an experienced and accomplished broker or real estate firm to help. The successful applicant will provide and execute an expert marketing plan, while reporting to Prescott’s Chief Administrative Officer and Economic Development Officer.
The town is asking for submissions to include; a brief description of the firm’s history, clients, projects and staff, a company description including location and address and a summary of understanding for the proposal, amongst a number of other things.
