Grenville County OPP have released the results of their Thanksgiving Long Weekend Campaign, Operation Impact.
The campaign focused on impaired driving, moving and seatbelt violations, distracted driving and speeding.
Over the weekend, Grenville County OPP laid 178 speeding charges, two stunt driving charges, and seven moving violations. Along with these, six people were charged with impaired driving over the weekend.
Operation Impact is a national road safety campaign that the OPP take part in every Thanksgiving weekend.
