Reports from the scene of the accident say the driver of a car was trapped inside after striking the side of a transport truck. Police extracted the driver and they were transport to the hospital.

The westbound on-ramp in Prescott is closed.
The OPP have shut down the ramp as they clear and investigate a collision. Two vehicles have already been removed from the scene on tow-trucks and two more, including a transport, are still on the ramp.
There is no estimate on when the ramp will re-open. More details will be made available as we have them.
