Prescott’s installment of the Terry Fox Run goes off on Sunday.
The proceeds from the annual fundraisers go to the Terry Fox Foundation, whose goal is to use the money towards cancer research. Registration for the Prescott run will start at 10:30am before participants leave the finish line at 11:00am.
The event will start at the Kinsmen Amphitheatre in the Sandra S. Lawn Harbour Marina and is bicycle, stroller, rollerblade and wheelchair accessible. There are three different distances participants can run. All dogs must be kept on their leashes.
The foundation is fighting for Terry Fox’s goal, a world without cancer.
