A South Dundas man will be facing an impaired driving charge in court.
The Leeds OPP says officers stopped the man on Monday afternoon after a complaint came in regarding the driver on County Road 29 in Elizabethtown-Kitley Township.
Police were able to locate and stop the vehicle.
The OPP says the man was impaired by alcohol and charged the 55-year-old accordingly.
The man is scheduled to face the charge in Brockville court on September 15th.
Police remind drivers to report anyone they suspect of impaired driving by calling 9-1-1.
