The South Mountain Fair hits a historic milestone this weekend.
Tomorrow at 11:00am the 125th annual installment of the South Mountain Fair gets underway. The festivities run until Sunday evening and are being presented by the Mountain Township Agricultural Society. Some of the weekend’s plans include a midway, tractor pull, demolition derby, mechanical bull riding and lots of live music.
Admission to the fair can be bought through single day tickets or a weekend pass. The weekend pass is $60, Thursday is $15, Friday is $20 and Saturday and Sunday cost $25 each. With the price of admission fair-goers will be entered into a grand prize draw. One prize will be given away each day, except for Sunday when there will be two prizes, and you must be present to win. Some of the grand prizes include haircuts for a year, an evening limousine rental and a family membership to Sandy Row Restaurant Golf Club.
