Two men have been charged after a late night fight.
According to police just before 11:00pm on August 7th Brockville police received a complaint from a woman who said her boyfriend was fighting with an unidentified man. The woman’s initial complaint had been about a man peeping into windows. Police say after investigating a 28-year-old man was taken into custody. He was on probation at the time of the fight and police charged him with breaching probation. Police add that the woman’s boyfriend was charged with assault with a weapon because of the fight.
No injuries were sustained by either man during the fight and the 28-year-old accused was released pending a future court date.
