Everyone from board members to frontline staff at Brockville General Hospital recently participated in a voluntary accreditation process. Accreditation helps health care organizations improve quality and safety by identifying processes that work well, and those that need more attention.
Over the coming weeks, the findings of this process will be reported back to BGH, to identify hospital strengths and opportunities.
