UPDATE: Amber Alert For 4-Year-Old Quebec Boy Ended

A 4-year-old boy from Quebec has been found safe in the Ottawa area after an Amber Alert was issued for him earlier today.

Provincial police originally reported him missing from Saint-Jérôme, Quebec earlier today.
