The three suspects in the suspicious death investigation of Deepak Beaudoin-Reichmann are in bail hearings this week. Matthew Benoit was granted bail Wednesday, as he satisfied grounds for release. He is due back in court November 27th.
Kyle Clermont is scheduled for a bail hearing today, and David Lojk is scheduled for Monday. The three men are facing charges of indignity to a dead body and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence. All other details are protected under a publication ban.
