The Grenville OPP has charged a South Dundas man with assault.
Police say the victim approached a vehicle at the Mac’s Milk in Cardinal, before being hit by the driver. It happened last Friday afternoon.
The 42-year-old driver now faces charges for assault and failing to comply with recognizance, while the 74-year-old victim from Brockville was brought to hospital with minor injuries.
