The Town of Prescott has announced that they will be holding a public information session about the plans for the new fire hall.
No date has been set, but town staff have confirmed the meeting will take place in early 2017.
This comes after plans for the new hall were unveiled at last week’s Committee of the Whole meeting, where many questions popped up regarding the exterior look of the building, the size of the community hall, and the amount of land the new construction will take up.
Plans for the new fire hall show an expansion of over 2,000 from the current hall, with a price tag currently set at $4.5 million.
