Months of conversation and debate will come to a vote at Prescott Town Council tomorrow night.
The township of Edwardsburgh-Cardinal had requested to purchase an additional 1000 cubic metres of water from Prescott. After discussion at a previous Committee of the Whole meeting, it is expected that Council will vote to not sell the extra water to Edwardsburgh-Cardinal and that Prescott will bill the township $25,000 for engineering and legal expenses.
