Things are progressing in the working group to acquire Kemptville College. North Grenville CAO Brian Carre told council Monday night that the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs is coming to Kemptville on Monday to discuss the Municipality’s Expression of Interest.
Carre said he is also looking forward to discussions beginning next month on the transfer of property.
The Municipality expects a response on their request for business case funding in November.
The business case study has to be completed in order to form the not-for-profit organization that will operate the college.
